SHIPPING POLICY

At the moment - we will only ship locally (but please contact us on info@tableinabox.co.za if you want us to arrange an international shipment. For international shipments, customer will be responsible for all customs tax and import duties that are levied by their respective country. You will be sent a tracking number which will enable you to track your shipment. Note we do not accept returns on international orders.).

 

We use reputable courier companies. Our couriers charge on either actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater), but we try our absolute best to keep transport costs down so 'Tableinabox' covers a portion of the transport fee to try lighten the load for our customers. Local deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of R95. Free shipping applies to orders over R1500.

Return & Exchange Policy

PLEASE NOTE: ALL OUR RETURNS CARRY A 10% HANDLING FEE

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 calendar days have gone by since your receipt of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange.
 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No returns will be accepted for any products that are not sufficiently packaged when returning. To complete your return, please e-mail info@tableinabox.co.za and include your order reference, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

To return your product, send it to: Tableinabox, c/o 26 Weston Underwood, Clifton Hill, 51 Acutts Drive, Hillcrest, KZN, 3610.  Please note that the customer is responsible for safe delivery of items for return or exchange and as such we recommend the use of a courier or postal service that offers tracking and/or insurance.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card used to make the purchase or original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tableinabox will not be held liable for any damage that may occur at the delivery address, after we have delivered and POD has been signed. You are responsible to inspect each item upon delivery and a signed POD will be deemed received in good order. If the items are delivered damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Rather take photos and email the photos within 3 business days of delivery to info@tableinabox.co.za and after investigations we will get right onto your replacement unit or refund. If items are damaged after delivery due to what ever reason - we cannot be held liable after delivery has been completed and the POD has been signed.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@tableinabox.co.za.

Only regular priced items may be refunded - unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Not what you ordered?
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the Website (or if it is missing any accessories), please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
